摘要
为了使主管人员及实验室管理人员全程跟踪实验室建设经费的使用及建设项目运行情况，设计开发了基于Web的实验室建设经费动态跟踪管理系统。该系统实现了从项目立项到仪器设备人账的全程动态跟踪管理，大大提高了立项、审批、供应的工作效率，进而提高了实验室管理工作的水平。
For the related managers and laboratory managers to track the entire access of funds for the laboratory construction and the building projects, a dynamic tracking management system based on the campus network was developed. The whole dynamic tracking process, from the building up of the projects to the recording equipment, was realized. The efficiency of the processes chain was enhanced greatly as well as the laboratory management.
