摘要
运用软件工程的方法,针对如何实现科研工作的具体管理、量化指标的问题来开发相应软件,从系统分析、设计、软件开发等方面实现一个基于C/S和B/S混合结构的科研管理信息系统。该系统运用SQLsever2000作为后台数据库、Visual C#.net作为client端的开发环境,使用C#语言实现了在浏览器端的成果信息录入、科研情况查询;客户端的成果认定等功能,以提高科研管理效率和科研管理工作的质量,推进科研管理的信息化。
According to the specific management and quantized index, the problem of development of scientific research management could be sloved by developing the relative software. It aims at the realization of a scientific research management system on basis of C/S and B/S with the utilization of software engineering in system analysis, system design and software development. With SQL server 2000 as its background data - base, Visual C#. net as development environment at the client, the system realizes the fruit information write - in, the information inquiry at the browser end and the functions such as fruit cognizance, confirmation of quantization degree of scientific research, report form generation and so on. The system may help, to a certain extent, to promot scientific research management efficiency and quality and to push forward the pace of information in scientific research management.
