摘要
应用Flexsim软件比较分析了配送中心两种不同拣货策略的差异。提出了拣货作业系统的评价指标,定性分析了这两种拣货策略的适用范围和优缺点。在Flexsim仿真软件中对不同拣选策略进行仿真与比较研究,根据数据实验结果,明确了各种拣选策略的性能特性,为实际订单业务提供了有效的决策支持。
In this paper,using the Flexsim program,we analyzed comparatively the two different sorting strategies of a distribution center.Next,we proposed the evaluation index system for the sorting activity system of the distribution center and qualitatively analyzed the scope of application and strength/weakness of the two strategies.At the end,we simulated and compared the two using the Flexsim program and according to data obtained,clarified the characteristics of different sorting strategies.
