摘要
为提高的运作效率,降低运作成本,配送中心的流程优化是其运作和管理过程中的一个必要环节,将计算仿真技术运用于配送中心业务流程和作业环节建模和仿真过程中,在以eM-Plant仿真平台上构建仿真模型,对配送中心的入库流程进行建模和仿真,在仿真结果的基础上对其业务流程和作业环节进行优化,保证了管理决策的科学性。
The business and work process optimization is a necessary step to improve the efficiency and reduce operating the cost of the Logistics Center,the computer simulation is introduced here to build the logistics center＇s simulation model of the work process and working unit in the logistics center.The simulation model is built in and simulated in eM-Plant system,based on the result of simulation,business and work process is optimized,to assure the scientific decision.
