摘要
目的探讨硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗2型糖尿病并周围神经病变的临床疗效及安全性.方法 2012年9月至2014年9月期间,马鞍山市中医院80例2型糖尿病并周围神经病变患者,根据随机数字法,将其分为对照组(甲钴胺)和观察组(硫辛酸联合甲钴胺),每组各40例,比较2组治疗的临床疗效、治疗前后神经传导速度变化及症状总评分(TSS)和疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS),以及治疗期间不良反应.结果与对照组相比,观察组治疗的总有效率明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组治疗后正中神经、腓总神经的运动神经和感觉神经的传导速度均明显增快,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组治疗后TSS评分、VAS评分均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗期间2组都没有出现明显的不良反应.结论硫辛酸联合甲钴胺能够治疗2型糖尿病并周围神经病变,具有疗效显著、安全性高等特点,明显改善周围神经病变,值得临床推广.
Objective To study the efficacy and safety of alpha lipoic acid combined with methycobal for patients with type- 2 diabetes combined with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods The 80 patients with type- 2 diabetes combined with diabetic peripheral neuropathy in our hospital during the period from Feb 2012 to Feb2014 were randomized into the control group（ methycobal） and the observation group（ methycobal combined with alpha lipoic acid）, 40 patients per group.The clinical efficacy, nerve conduction velocity and symptom TSS scores, pain VAS scores on pre- and post- treatment in two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate was significantly increased in the observation group with statistical difference（ P〈0.05）; compared with the control group, the movement and sensory nerve conduction velocities were significantly increased on post- treatment in the observation group with statistical difference（ P〈0.05）; compared with the control group, the TSS scores and VAS scores were obviously decreased on post- treatment in the observation group with statistical difference（ P〈0.05）.There were no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment period.Conclusion The treatment of alpha lipoic acid combined with methycobal for patients with type- 2 diabetescombined with diabetic peripheral neuropathy has the characteristics such as significant efficacy and high safety, can improve the peripheral neuropathy symptoms, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
