摘要
[目的]观察自拟益气养阴活血通络方联合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。[方法]采用完全随机设计法,将40例患者分为两组。两组在积极控制血糖(饮食、运动、口服药或胰岛素)的综合治疗基础上用药。对照组18例口服弥可保500ug,维生素B1和维生素B6各10mg,3次/d。治疗组22例在对照组治疗基础上加用自拟益气养阴活血通络方治疗,水煎服,取汁300mL。150mL,2次/d。两组治疗3个月后判定疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率85.56%,对照组总有效率65.00%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。[结论]自拟益气养阴活血通络方联合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效满意。
[ Objective] To observe the self- made Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Tongluo decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy clinical curative effect. [ Methods ] 40 cases were completely random design was divided into two groups. Two groups in positive control blood sugar （diet, exercise, orally or insulin） comprehensive treatment on the basis of drug use. 18 cases of the control group o- ral onS00ug, vitamin Bland vitamin B6everyl0,3 /d.
