摘要 介绍了X射线荧光光谱分析技术测定重金属含量的分析原理及优、缺点,通过实例论述了X射线荧光光谱分析仪在大气、废水、土壤等环境监测方面的应用以及存在的问题。根据目前的应用情况,探讨了X射线荧光光谱分析技术在环境监测领域的发展趋势。降低成本、开发简便测试方法,辅以综合测试技术,减少前处理,多金属共同测定是大面积使用X射线荧光光谱分析技术测定环境中重金属的发展方向。 This paper introduces the working principles of XRF technology for detecting heavy metal content and its advantages and disadvantages, then describes the applications and existing problems of X-ray fluorescence spectrum analyzer in the environmental monitoring with examples, such as detecting heavy metal content in air, waste water and soil. According to the current opplication situation, the development trend of the XRF technology is discussed. Several suggestions are presented, such as cost reduction and development of the simplified detection methods, supplemented by using comprehensive measurement technique, reducing pre-treatment and co-detection of a variety of metal, which are the development directions of XRF technology in order to be wildly used to detecting heavy metal in environment.
