摘要
采用粉末压制的样片进行Ｘ射线荧光光谱分析，测定底质中的重金属Ａｓ、Ｃｒ、Ｃｕ、Ｐｂ、Ｚｎ，其相对标准误差分别为０００９％、０００８％、００１２％、０００４％和０００１４％。
This paper discribes the determaination of As,Cr,Cu,Pb,Zn in the sediment by X-Ray Fluorescence Spectromtric Analysis Using powder pellet. Their relative standard errors are 0.009%,0.008%,0.012%,0.004% and 0.0014% respectively. The accuracy and precision can meet requirements of the sediment sample analysis.
