摘要
31只雄性大耳白兔,分为对照组(C),输精管结扎组(V),结扎12个月后吻合生育组(VaF)和不育组(VaI)。结果是:C、V、VaF和VaI组的Kd值分别是3.11±0.55,3.87±0.70,3.54±1.13和1.69±0.32nmol/L,组间比较差异不显著(P>0.05);Bmax分别是90.59±7.46,130.48±19.16,83.24±4.34和49.98±4.37fmol/mg DNA,VaI组显著低于其余三组(P<0.01);经单点分析获各组的睾酮受体浓度分别是64.08±6.31,68.87±9.30,66.22±8.22和44.45±10.15fmol/mg DNA,VaI组显著低于其它三组(P<0.05)。
Thirty-one rabbits were used in this experiment, 8 of them were grouped as the controls (C), and 23 were bilaterally vasoligated. Nine of the vasoligated ones were taken as the vasoli-gation control group (V), 14 vasooliagted animals were subdivided into the vasovasotomy fertility group (VaF) (7 rabbits) and infertility group (Val) (7 rabbits) according to their fertility 12 months after vasoligation. The nuclear androgen receptor in the testes were studied. The results were the Kd values in C. V, VaF and Val were 3. 11±0. 55. 3. 87±0. 70. 3. 54±1. 13 and 1. 69±0. 32 nmol/L with no significant difference among four groups; the Bmax was 90. 59 ±7. 46. 130. 48 ± 19. 16, 83. 24±4. 34 and 49. 98±4. 37 fmol/mg DNA with the values in Val significantly lower than those in C, V, VaF. The nuclear androgen receptor concentrations by single point analysis were 64. 08 ± 6. 31. 68. 87±9. 30, 66. 22±8. 22 and 44. 45±10. 15 fmol/mg DNA respectively , with the value in Val significantly lower than those in C, V, VaF.
