摘要
目的 探讨温度对精液质量的影响.方法 对60例患者的精液标本充分打匀后分成三等份,然后每份精液分别置于37℃、40℃、30℃恒温箱30min后测定每份精液的密度以及精子活力.结果 精液在37°的情况下活力以及精子活率明显好于40℃、30℃.精液密度没有明显差别.结论 温度对精液质量有影响,高温明显降低精液质量.
Objectives To explore the influence of temperature on semen quality.Methods 60 semen samples were well mixed and divided into three parts and then each sample was set into different incubators in which the temperature was set at 37℃,40℃ and 30℃,respectively.The density and motility of each sperm was measured after 30 minutes.Results The motility and livability of sperm at the temperature of 37℃ was significantly better than at the temperature of 40℃ and 30℃.There was no difference in sperm density among three samples.Conclusions Temperature has an effect on semen quality,and high temperature decrease semen quality significantly.
