摘要
目的探讨寒冷环境对男性精液质量的影响。方法对40名工作在寒冷环境的男性和30名健康工作在非寒冷环境的男性,采用计算机辅助精液分析系统对男性精液从精子密度、活动率和活力等精子活力参数以及直线速度、曲线速度、前向性、直线性、摆动性、平均路径速度、鞭打频率等动态参数进行全面分析。结果工作在寒冷环境的男性精子密度、活动率、活力等参数异常率显著高于工作在非寒冷环境男性(P<0.05)。结论寒冷环境可能引起男性精液质量下降,提示加强寒冷环境工作男性的个人防护,制定预防保健措施,对提高男性生殖健康保健十分必要。
Objective To investigate the effects of cold work condition on male sperm quality. Methods Semen samples were collected from 40 men working in the cold work condition and 30 healthy controls working in the non-cold work condition. Sperm density, sperm vitality and sperm motility were analyzed by computer-assisted sperm analysis( CASA) . Results The abnormal rate of semen quality in men working in the cold work condition was significantly higher than that in men working in the non-cold work condition( P 0. 05) . Conclusion The cold work condition can result in the abnormal semen quality. It is necessary to improve individual protec-tion and make the preventive measures for the reproductive care in men working in the cold work condition.
