南钢100t LF炉底吹流场优化研究

摘要 结合前期水模拟结果,利用FLUENT软件对南钢100t LF炉进行了底吹氩气的多相流数值模拟,模拟结果表明:优化后钢包熔池速度与湍动能分别增大了13.2%和10.7%,死区体积减小了44.7%,有利于钢包内熔池的传热、传质以及夹杂物去除等过程。将优化后钢包底吹位置应用于南钢100t LF炉,结果表明:T[O]去除率提高了3.7%,增[N]率降低了14.1%;大型夹杂物去除率提高7.3%;总夹杂物去除率提高了4.6%。达到优化钢包结构,改善钢液流动状态,促进夹杂物上浮,提高LF炉精炼的目的。 Combined with the early results of water simulation,multiphase flow simulation for argon bottom-blowing of100 t ladle funace has been done with FLUENT software. The simulation results showed that velocity and turbulent kinetic energy of furnace hearth increased by 12. 2 % and 15. 1%,while the dead zone volume decreased by 35. 6% after improving,which is good for heat transfer,mass transfer and inclusion removal. In application,the results showed that the total oxygen removal rate was raised by 6. 3%,and the nitrogen content was reduced by 11. 5%. The rate of largesized inclusions removal was raised by 5. 7% and the whole rate of inclusion removal by 5. 2%,which has improved the LF refining furnace.
