摘要
以某钢厂180t钢包为原型,进行超声波改善钢包熔池搅拌效果的水力学模型实验,研究超声波功率和声源位置等对均混时间的影响。实验结果表明:与底吹氩气搅拌相比,超声波可明显缩短均混时间;随着功率的增大均混时间减少;同一高度下,位置变化对均混时间影响不大,液面下150mm的搅拌效果优于液面下300mm的。
A steel plant of 180t ladle as the prototype, hydraulic model of using ultrasonic stirring was made to improve the mixing effects.The ultrasonic sound power and sound source position on the influ-ence of mixing time were researched.The results showed that:compared with argon stirring from bot-tom of ladle, the ultrasound can decline the mixing time obviously;with the ultrasonic power increas-ing, the mixing time can be shorten;with changing of position the effects can not be influenced obvi-ously on the same level, the effects of mixing 150mm below of the liquid surface superior to 300mm be-low of the liquid surface.
