摘要
目的:观察复发性口腔溃疡行甘草泻心汤加味与西医配合治疗的效果。方法:回顾性分析2012年3月-2014年3月本院收治的复发性口腔溃疡130例患者的临床资料,按数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组65例。对照组行西医治疗,观察组行甘草泻心汤加味与西医配合治疗,观察两组疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组的总有效率(96.92%)显著高于对照组(61.54%),且溃疡愈合的情况优于对照组,比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复发性口腔溃疡的患者行甘草泻心汤加味与西医配合治疗的效果显著。
Objective To observe efficacy of the Gancao Xiexin decoction plus western medicine on recurrent oral ulcers. Methods：130 patients were divided into two groups on averenge. The observation group underwent the Gancao Xiexin decoction plus westernmedicine. Results： After treatment, the total efficiency of 96.92% in the observation group was significantly higher than 61.54% in thecontrol group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Clinical efficacy of the Gancao Xiexin decoction plus western medicine is remarkable.
