摘要
复发性阿弗他溃疡(RAU)是发生于患者口腔粘膜上的一类常见病,中医称“口疳”,患病率相对较高。该病的发生具有反复性以及溃疡创面具有自我转愈等多种临床表征。由于RAU发病机制比较复杂,目前尚无特效治疗方法,且缺少可作为诊断依据的实验室指标,本文现将近年来国内外治疗RAU的相关药物进行综述,旨在为该病今后的临床诊断、病因探索以及新型有效药物的研究开发提供参考。
Recurrent aphthous ulcer(RAU)is a common disease that occurs on the oral mucosa of patients.It is called"chancre"in Chinese medicine,and its prevalence is relatively high.The occurrence of the disease is repetitive and the ulcer wound has a variety of clinical features such as self-healing.Due to the complex pathogenesis of RAU,there is currently no specific treatment method,and there is a lack of laboratory indicators that can be used as a basis for diagnosis.This article will now review the domestic and foreign drugs used in the treatment of RAU in recent years,aiming to provide a reference for its future clinical diagnosis,etiological exploration,and research and development of new effective drugs.
