摘要
目的:探讨中药内服外敷治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效。方法:86例患者按数字随机原则分为治疗组与对照组各43例,对照组采用常规西医治疗,治疗组采用中药内服外敷方法治疗。结果:治疗组的平均显效时间与总有效率两方面效果均显著优于对照组,组间比较均有统计学意义(P<0.01);随访1年,治疗组复发14例,复发率为32.6%,对照组复发31例,复发率为72.1%,组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中药内服外敷治疗复发性口腔溃疡较西医治疗更能缩短病程且降低复发率,值得推广应用。
To explore clinical efficacy of TCM medicine on recurrent oral ulcers. Methods：86 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control was given routine western medicine;another was given TCM medicine. Results：The average duration and total efficiency in the treatment group were obviously higher, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.01）; within 1 year follow-up, 14 cases were recurred, the recurrence rate was 32.6%, obviously lower than 72.1%（31 cases） in the control, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：TCM medicine was good at treating recurrent oral ulcers, and it can shorten the diseases duration and reduce the recurrence rate, is worthy of clinical promotion.
