摘要
学校评价政策是学校评价工作实施的重要制度保障,制定和实施科学合理、具体的学校评价政策是推进普通高中学校评价发展、促进其质量提升的根本保证。梳理改革开放以来我国普通高中学校评价政策,从政策内容分析视角对普通高中学校评价体制、评价目标、评价内容及标准等分析后发现,普通高中评价政策存在管办评合一、评价主体单一、评价标准不明确等问题。结合发展性评价的理念和目标,提出改进我国普通高中学校评价政策的建议。
The school evaluation policy is the system guarantee of implementing school evaluation work, scientific and specific school evaluation policy is also the fundamental guarantee of propelling senior high school evaluation and its quality. Through combing the senior high school evaluation policies, analyzing the evaluation of system, evaluation objective, evaluation standards, this paper analyzes the problems of managements, running school, evaluation into one system;single evaluation subject;unclear evaluation standards. Based on the developmental evaluation theory, the paper puts forward several suggestions for improving senior high school evaluation policy.
