摘要
文中主要从人性假设、激励策略、行为特征、关注人的发展共四个维度对西方学校领导理论发展的历史进行回顾与分析,并对学校领导发展的趋势进行简要分析。
In this paper, the development history of Westward educational management about hypothesis of the people, strategies of inspirit, style of leadership and the attention of the people' s development are introduced particularly. At last ,the current of educational management is described.
