摘要
流动人口在促进城市经济发展的同时,其受教育状况也越来越受到关注。通过研究上海市人口流动对城市教育投入的影响,发现上海市教育投入与人口流动成正相关关系,上海市流动人口每增加1%,教育投入相应增加0.59%。上海市人口净迁移每增加1%,教育投入相应增加0.15%。人口流动的增加要求上海市加大流动人口及其子女的教育投入;同时考虑到教育资源的有限性,上海市对于人口流动应采取限制措施,循序渐进地开放教育资源。
It a time of increasing concerns over educational status while movement of population is promoting economic development. This paper selects data about population migration and educational investment, then establishes time-series data to research the impact on urban educational investment, which movement of population in Shanghai brings about. The result shows that educational investment is positively correlated with population migration. When floating population increases 1%, educational investment increases 0.59% correspondingly. When net rate of population migration increases 1%, educational investment increases 0.15% correspondingly. To promote fairness in education, It is of great significance to the balanced development of education which Shanghai government increases funding in education. The government should adopt a gradual manner to open educational resources in face of the matter of increasing quantity of transient population in Shanghai.
