摘要
非户籍务工人员子女义务教育是我国社会转型时期一个特殊的社会问题,引起了社会各界的广泛关注。广东省非户籍务工人员子女人口规模占全国的1/3,而在粤接受义务教育的非户籍务工人员子女约有90%集中于珠江三角洲地区。本文基于对珠三角地区非户籍务工人员子女义务教育问题的一项专门调查,就非户籍务工人员子女接受义务教育问题的现状及困境进行分析,提出了进一步调整和改革现行非户籍务工人员子女接受义务教育政策的基本思路。
Compulsory education for children followed their working parents as unregistered residents in the located area is a special social problem in the transforming time in China. Guangdong Province hold one third of the total unregistered residents children of nationwide, and approximately 90% of them gathered in the Zhujiang Delta area. This article analyzed the current situation of compulsory education for unregistered residents＂ children in this area, and proposed some further advises on adjusting the policies concerned based on an investigate conducted in the area mentioned above.
