摘要
基于自建语料库对英汉医药学术语篇中作者自称语使用情况进行对比分析,发现在两种语篇中,都普遍用到作者自称语,但在使用数量和具体方式上,有很大的差异。造成这些差异的原因有语言上的,也有文化上的,还有学术常规方面的。此项研究结果对于医药院校研究生英语课程设置和学术英语写作教学有一定的启示。
Based on self- built corpora,this study contrastively analyzes the use of self- mentioning markers in English and Chinese academic discourse of medicine. Results show that they occur in both type of discourse but differ greatly in the quantity and way of realization. The factors leading to these differences are discussed from the perspective of language,culture and academic traditions. The research results may benefit the English syllabus designing of graduate students in medical and pharmaceutical universities,and academic English writing and its teaching as well.
