摘要
介绍了以煤替代石油为原料制备乙二醇的主要工艺路线,有甲醛羰化法、直接合成法和草酸酯合成法。经长期研究,草酸酯合成法制备乙二醇已大规模工业化;但其中也存在运输成本高、污染严重、催化剂寿命短及产物分离难度大等问题,有待于进一步解决。
The route of ethylene glcol using coal instead of petroleum as material are introduced,including formaldehyde carbonylation method,direct synthesis method and oxalate synthesis method. The oxalate synthesis has been large- scale industrialization by long- term research. But there are some problems,such as high transportation cost,serious pollution,short lifetime of catalyst,difficult separation,and so on.It needs to be solved.
