摘要
本文简要介绍草酸二乙酯催化加氢制乙二醇的模试结果。在温度200~240℃,压力0.6~3.0MPa条件下,草酸二乙酯的转化率为99.8%,产率达到95.3%,催化剂连续运转1134h,活性和选择性仍无下降趋势。
Results of simulation text for catalytic hydrogenation of diethyl oxalate to ethylene glycol are reported in this article. Under 0. 6-3. 0 MPa and at 200-240 C, a diethyl oxalate conversion of over 99% and selectivity of 95. 3% to ethylene glycol was achieved on Ec-13 catalyst. No decrease in catalytic activity and selectivity was observed in 1134 hours of hydrogenation reaction.
