摘要 近几年来,随着人们的法律意识不断增强,主动运用法律解决问题的频率越来越高,法官们要处理的案子也越来越多。司法部门在现代的舆论环境中总是处在容易被网友舆论攻击的境地。这无形中更是增加了法官的心理压力,本调研从心理契约的视角入手,探究心理契约、工作情境与法官职业倦怠之间的关系、影响法官职业倦怠的因素,以及探索可以从哪些途径去干预这些因素。 In recent years, with people's growing awareness of the law, the frequency of the initiative to solve the problem through the law is increasing. The number of the cases which judges should dealwith becomes larger and larger. In the modern media environment, the judiciary is in an attacked position, which increases the psychological pressure of judges. This paper, started with the perspective ofpsychological contract, attempts to analyze the relationship of judges psychological contract, working situational factors and job burnout, finding out the factors which affect judges job burnout and theways that can interfere those factors.
