摘要
太极拳是养心拳,其身心保健功能主要通过养心来实现。太极拳的养心思想是理论与方法的统一,是中国传统养生之道的实践与体现。太极拳的养心主要表现在静心、顺心、正心、和心四个方面,这些都是当今人们预防乃至消除疾患,维护身心健康的重要方法。
Taijiquan is a Yangxin boxing, which function of the physical and mental health care is carried out mainly by its yangxin. Its Yangxin thought is the unity of the theory and the method, which practices and reflects the way of Chinese traditional Yangsheng. Its Yangxin mainly includes four aspects: Jingxin, Shunxin, Zhengxin and Hexin, which are the important way for people to prevent and even eliminate diseases to maintain the health of body and mind.
