摘要
随着全球新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的出现以及人们对健康养生的重视,人们对博大精深的、蕴含上千年中医理论和哲学思想的中国传统强身健体之功法竞相追逐。文章对PubMed、中国知网、维普网、万方数据库及中国生物医学文献数据库建库至2021年5月的文献进行检索,收集国内外五禽戏作为运动处方应用于临床的研究文献。对收集到的文献进行整理、汇总分析,总结该处方在临床中的应用情况并讨论其潜在的开发价值,为医药工作者提供作为运动处方的五禽戏应用于临床的综述性文献资料。
With the emergence of the global new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic and people’s attention to health and health,people are chasing for the broad and profound Chinese traditional physical fitness,which contains thousands of years of Chinese medicine theory and philosophy.This paper intends to use the computer to retrieve PubMed,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang database and Chinese biomedical literature database.The retrieval time is from the establishment of each database to May 2021.The collected literature was collated,summarized and analyzed,and the application of the prescription in clinical practice was summarized and its potential development value was discussed,so as to provide a review of literature for clinical pharmacists and medical workers on the application of Wuqinxi as a sports prescription in clinical practice.
