摘要
微政治是当前政治发展的新样态,公众的社会情绪是微政治的主要表征。网络社交媒体和自媒介的发展为公众社会情绪的宣泄提供了主要渠道。微政治的发展,为政治责任主体的转向提供了可能,公众成为新一代的政治责任主体,他们在履行政治责任时,主要通过舆论表达、社会监督来参与社会公共事务和民主管理。政治亚文化在微政治的发展过程中,一定程度上取代了主流意识形态功能,对政治稳定和发展产生了影响。加强责任政府的建立,满足公众的知情权、参与权与监督权,对社会情绪进行有效地疏导,是促进微政治良性发展的主要途径。
Micro politics was the new shape of the current political development and the public mood are the main manifestations of the political society. The development of networking social media and self media provide main channel for the social mood. Micro political development makes it possible for the public to change political responsibility main body and become a new generation subject. They apply public opinion expression and social supervision to implement their power and participate in social public affairs and democratic management. Political subculture, in the process of the development of the micro polities, partially replaces the mainstream ideological function, deeply influencing political stability and development. To strengthen the establishment of responsible government, meet the public＇s right to know, participate and supervise, to effectively ease social mood, are the main ways to promote the benign development of micro politics.
