摘要
心理学智库作为新时期中国特色新型智库建设的重要组成部分,在中国社会发展和国家社会治理体系中扮演着重要角色。在中国特色心理学智库建设中,要明确心理学服务国家社会发展战略、心理学的社会治理和心理学的社会服务价值定位。要正视心理学智库建设中面临的学科发展、人才培养、协同创新和成果转化等方面的困境。基于心理学智库建设中存在的问题,在加大投入促进心理学科均衡全面发展、结对子帮扶助推跨学科综合人才培养、开展协作联动与打造心理学大数据库、加强心理学知识传播与科研成果转化四个方面开展中国特色心理学智库建设,提升中国特色心理学智库服务国家社会发展需求和促进国民健康发展的能力和水平。
Psychological think tanks,as an important part of the construction of new think tanks with Chinese characteristics in the new era,play an important role in China's social development and national social governance system.In the construction of psychological think tanks with Chinese characteristics,it is necessary to clarify the value orientation of psychological services for national economic development,social governance of psychology and social services of psychology.We should face the difficulties of discipline development,personnel training,collaborative innovation and achievement transformation in the construction of psychological think tanks.Based on the problems in the construction of psychological think tanks,the construction of psychological think tanks with Chinese characteristics should be carried out in four aspects:increasing investment to promote the balanced and all-round development of psychology disciplines,offering support to promote the cultivation of interdisciplinary comprehensive talents,developing collaborative linkage and building a large psychological database,strengthening the dissemination of psychological knowledge and the transformation of scientific research achievementsso as to improve the ability and level of China's psychological think tanks in serving the needs of national social development and promoting the healthy development of the people.
