摘要
社会转型的历史时期,需要中国特色的社会心理服务与社会心态培育。从社会心理服务走向社会心态培育,这是由中国当前发展的不平衡和不充分决定的,也受到时代背景、心理学学科发展,以及社会心理服务在领域、区域、群体发展不平衡、不充分的影响。社会心理服务的对象、目标、内容、途径方法、队伍建设决定了社会心理服务是社会心态培育的基础,社会心态培育是社会心理服务的必然产物。另一方面,社会心态培育为社会心理服务提供了必要的氛围、方向、群众基础与政策保障。社会心理服务影响社会心态培育的内容,社会心态培育主导社会心理服务的方向,两者是互为因果、相互促进的关系。
In the period of social transformation, we need public psychological services and social mentality cultivation with Chinese characteristics. The public psychological services moving toward the social mentality cultivationis determined by the unbalanced and inadequate development of our country, andaffected by our time-background, the developmental level of psychology disciplines and the unbalanced and inadequate devel- opment of public psychological services in fields, regions and groups. On one hand, the targets, objectives, content, ways and the staff of the public psychological services determine that the public psychological serv- ices are the basis of social mentality cultivation, whereas the social mentality cultivation is one of the natural results of public psychological services. On the other hand, the cultivation of social mentality provides the nee- essary atmosphere, direction, mass base and policy guarantee for public psychological services. Public psycho- logical services affect the content of social mentality cultivation, while social mentality cultivation leads the di- rection of public psychology services. In sum, the relationship between public psychological services and social mentality cultivation is reciprocally causal and mutually reinforcing.
