摘要
针对目前常用的ZA27合金材料塑韧性低以及尺寸稳定性差等缺陷,通过热处理试验对合金材料的组织和性能进行了研究,系统地分析了均匀化退火处理对合金材料组织和性能影响的规律。试验得出:铸态ZA27合金具有明显的枝晶偏析现象,通过均匀化处理能够有效地消除合金材料的缺陷,提高和改善合金的综合力学性能。
Aiming at the defects of low toughness and plasticity, poor dimensional stability of ZA27 alloy materials commonly used, through heat treatment test, the microstructure and properties of the alloy material were studied, and the effects rules of homogenization annealing treatment on the microstructure and properties of the alloy materials were analyzed systematically. The results show that ZA27 alloy as-cast has obvious dendritic segregation phenomenon, homogenization annealing treatment can effectively eliminate the defects of the alloy material, and. improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of the alloy.
