摘要
采用力学性能测试技术、扫描电镜研究了回火温度对X70钢级的热煨弯管母管的组织和性能的影响。研究结果表明:当加热温度为460~500℃时,MA组元出现不完全分解,屈服强度降低,冲击韧度提高;当加热温度为540~580℃时,MA组元基本完分解,出现粒状和棒状的碳化物,冲击韧度降低。
The influences of tempering temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of mother pipe of X70 induction bend were investigated by mechanical property testing and SEM. The results indicate that the MA islands generate incomplete decomposition, the yield strength reduces and the impact toughness rises, when the heating temperature is 460- 500℃C ; the MA island complete changes, needle bar and granular carbides distribute at the ferrite grain boundaries and the impact toughness reduces, when the heating temperature is 540-580℃.
