摘要
目前世界正处于从封闭社会向开放社会的转型过程中。开放大学与开放社会是相互促进的,开放大学以向全社会全方位开放为教育理念,以循教育公平走向社会公平为教育理想,以实现学习者的自主与自治为办学理性,从而成为切实实现开放社会的有力推手。我国开放大学既是开放社会发展的结果,也是实现人力资源强国战略的迫切需要。
Now the world is shifting from a closed society to an open society. The open university and open society are mutual promotion. The open university uses all-round opening up of the whole society as the educational philosophy,uses the pursuit of education fairness towards social fairness as the educational ideal, and uses the learner autonomy and self-governance as the school-running rationality,so that the open university pushes forward the development of an open society. The open university in China is resulted from the development of open society,and is also the urgent need to realize China’s strategy of being a country rich in human resources.
