摘要 本文针对在中医学五年制本科生的《中医耳鼻咽喉科学》实施PBL教学时遇到的困难,提出通过支架式教学与PBL(Problem—based—learning)教学法联合应用于中医耳鼻咽喉科学教学应用实践的设想,以期确立以学生为核心,问题为驱动,过程为通道,实用为目的的教学过程,旨在培养学生的学习积极性、自主学习能力及临床思维能力。 To resolve the problems we have met in applying the PBL method in teaching otolarygngoly of T. C. M. we assume to combine the Problem-based- learning method and C teaching method in otolarygngoly teaching of T. C. M. among undergraduate students,in order to produce the teaching process as the key is student, the motive force is problem, the course is pathway and the target is practicability. , which can enforce the enthusiasm, self-directed learning and clinical thinking ability of student. Through it, the conclude that Problem-based- learning method.
