摘要
糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)是糖尿病常见的慢性并发症,其临床表现主要有肢体对称性麻木及疼痛感异常等,其病因及发病机制目前尚未完全明了。现代医学治疗DPN主要是在严格控制血糖的基础上,采取缓解临床症状的措施进行干预治疗,中医药及中西医结合方法治疗取得一定疗效。
Diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）is a common chronic complication of diabetes mellitus. Its clinical manifestations include limb symmetry and pain, and its etiology and pathogenesis are not yet fully understood. Modern medical treatment of DPN is mainly in the strict control of blood glucose. On the basis of the measures to relieve the clinical symptoms of intervention treatment, Chinese medicine and integrated Chinese and Western medicine have achieved certain effects.
