摘要
目的:评价降糖通络片治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)临床疗效。方法:120例DPN患者随机分成降糖通络片治疗组和对照组,治疗1个疗程,观察其治疗前后临床症状、体征、神经传导速度的变化。结果:两组DPN患者临床症状及体征均有不同程度的改善,治疗组总有效率占86.67%;对照组总有效率占68.33%。治疗后两组病人SNCV较治疗前均有显著提高(P<0.01),且治疗组SNCV提高的幅度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在降糖治疗的基础上,加服具有益气养阴、活血通络之功的降糖通络片,能够改善局部的血液循环,缓解临床症状,提高神经传导速度。
Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of Jiangtang Tongluo tablets on Diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods：120patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into treatment group （treated with Jiangtang Tongluo tablets） andcontrol group. After one course of treatment, observed the changes of clinical symptoms ,signs and nerve conduction velocity before andafter treatment. Results：The clinical symptoms and signs of DPN patients in the two groups were all improved to some extent. The totaleffective rate of treatment group was 86.67%, the control group 68.33%. After treatment, the SNCV of patients in the two groups wereshignificantly higher than that before the treatment （P〈 0.01）. The range of the increased SNCV of treatment group is higher than that ofthe control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： On basis of hypoglycemic therapy, taking Jiangtang Tongluo tablets which can benefits qi andnourishes yin, activates blood and dredges collaterals can improve local blood circulation, relieve clinical symptoms and increase nerveconduction velocity.
