摘要
目的:综述贝尔面瘫的诊断与治疗的研究进展。方法:对2004年1月-2014年10月间关于贝尔面瘫诊疗的文献进行归纳总结。结果:联合运用多种诊断手段诊断贝尔面瘫可提高诊断正确率,且疗效优于单一方法。临床多采用激素联合阿昔洛韦、针灸、中药、理疗、面肌功能训练等手段治疗贝尔面瘫。结论:多种诊疗手段联合运用可提高对贝尔面瘫诊断的正确率。联合多种治疗方法的疗效优于应用单一方法治疗的疗效。但有些治疗手段相关文献数量较少,缺少系统评价的文献和高质量文献的支持,仍有待研究。
Objective： To summarize research progress of Bell palsy. Methods： From January 2004 to October 2014, literatures on Bell palsy were summarized. Results： A variety of diagnostic methods combination for bell palsy could increase accuracy rate of diagnosis, and its efficacy was better. Acyclovir plus hormone, acupuncture, TCM medicine and facial muscle function training were applied for bell palsy in clinic. Conclusion： A variety of diagnostic methods combination for bell palsy could increase accuracy rate of diagnosis; but because literature is fewer, so the research result still need substantially more good quality literatures, to provide more reference.
