摘要
煤矿粉尘浓度的检测是一种有效控制人身安全和财产安全的方式。分析研究了光散射理论中粉尘颗粒和光强之间的关系,建立了散射光强度与粉尘浓度的数学关系模型。选择合适激光器和光敏元件,通过光学结构、气路通道结构,设计了一款新型实时粉尘浓度检测设备,介绍了其硬件和软件的设计。该设备经测试满足了设计要求,具有操作性强、体积小、重量轻、功耗低等优点,可用于检测矿井的粉尘浓度。
Coal mine dust concentration detection is an effective way to control the personal safety and property safety. The relationship between dust particles and light intensity in light scattering theory is analyzed, and the mathematical model of scattering light intensity and dust concentration is established. Select the appropriate laser and photosensitive components, through the optical structure, gas channel structure, a new type of real time dust concentration detecting device is designed. Design of hardware and software is introduced. The equipment meets the design requirements, with the advantages of strong operability, small volume, light weight, low power consumption, can be used to detect the dust concentration in the mine.
