摘要
从液体中颗粒光散射理论出发,分析了光散射检测液体浓度的可行性,根据液体浓度与混浊度的关系,提出了一种运用光学散射混浊度传感器检测乳化液浓度的新方法,采用APMS-11GVCF-KIT光学混浊度传感器对浓度范围为2.5%~5.5%的乳化液进行了实验研究。实验表明,乳化液的浓度与传感器输出电压之间是线性关系,采用光学散射检测混浊度的方法可以用于在线检测乳化液的浓度。
Based on the theory of light dispersion of the grain in the liquid,the feasibility of testing the consistence of liquid with light dispersion was analyzed,and according to the relation between the consistence and turbidity of liquid,a new method of testing consistence of emulsion with light dispersion turbidity sensor was brought out.The emulsions which consistence ranges from 2.5% to 5.5% were researched by using the APMS-11GVCF-KIT light dispersion turbidity sensor.The experiment shows that the relation between the consistence of emulsion and the output electric voltage of sensor is linear and the method of testing turbidity based on light dispersion is feasible to test consistence of emulsion online.
