摘要
为了解Co元素对新型奥氏体不锈钢抗硫酸钠熔盐热腐蚀性能的影响,采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等研究了含Co元素的新型奥氏体不锈钢热腐蚀层的物相组成和微观形貌,获得了不同Co含量的新型奥氏体不锈钢的腐蚀失重速率,并讨论了Co元素对该不锈钢腐蚀层以及耐热腐蚀性的影响。结果表明:在该不锈钢中添加Co元素能够一定程度上改善和提高其抗硫酸钠熔盐热腐蚀性能;Co有利于增强氧化膜的黏附性和致密性,推迟氧化膜的破裂时间,延长热腐蚀孕育期;Co也能有效延缓S元素在不锈钢基体中的扩散,减缓硫化-氧化速率,从而改善和提高合金的抗热腐蚀性能。
In order to research the effect of Co element on the hot corrosion performance,the phase composition and microstructure of the corrosion layer of a new austenitic stainless steel were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) technology.Meanwhile,the weight loss rate of the new austenitic stainless steel with different Co content was obtained and the influences of Co element on the corrosion layer and corrosion performance were further discussed.Results showed that the hot corrosion performance of the stainless steel could be improved partly by adding Co element,due to that Co was beneficial to enhancing the adhesiveness and compactness of oxidation film,postponing the time-to-rupture of oxidation film and extending the induction period of hot corrosion.Besides,the Co elements could effectively block the diffusion of S element in stainless steel substrate and reduce the vulcanization-oxidation rate,which improved the hot corrosion performance of alloy.
