摘要
研究了一种镍基合金在75%Na2SO4+25%K2SO4盐膜中850℃的热腐蚀行为。扫描电镜及能谱测试结果表明,镍基合金高温氧化和热腐蚀行为同时发生,合金表面形成以Al2O3和Cr2O3为主的混合氧化物膜,合金内部形成CrS硫化物。合金表面形成的氧化物遵循先碱性溶解、后酸性溶解的热腐蚀机制。
Hot corrosion and oxidation behaviors of a Ni-base superalloy beneath 75% Na2SO4 + 25% K2SO4 mixture salt deposit at 850 ℃ were investigated by using SEM and EDAX. Results showed that oxidation and sulfuration co-oecured during the hot corrosion, oxides on the superalloy surface were consisted of Al2O3 and Cr2O3, internal sulfuration of the superalloy was identified as CrS phase. And dissolution of the oxides on the superalloy surface would following the regularity of alkaline dissolving first and then acidic dissolving in turn.
