摘要 在镍基铸态高温合金жc6y 上制备了单渗铝涂层和 NiCr-CrAl 涂层。采用热重法及 SEM/EDS、 XRD 和 EPMA 研究了铸态合金和涂层在 900℃熔盐(75wt%Na2SO4+K2SO4)中的热腐蚀行为。结果表明,铸态合金发生灾难性的腐蚀、内氧化和内硫化;单渗铝涂层也遭到严重的腐蚀,涂层丧失了保护能力;NiCr-CrAl 涂层由于 Cr 的有益作用而在一定程度上减缓了热腐蚀的进行。同时对铸态合金和涂层的热腐蚀机制进行了讨论。 The simple aluminide coating and NiCr-CrAl coating, were prepared on the nickel-base cast superalloy жc6y. The hot corrosion behaviors of the cast alloy and the aluminide coatings were examined in molten salt film (75wt%Na2SO4+K2SO4)at 900℃ by TG, SEM/EDS, XRD and EPMA. The cast alloy suffered catastrophic hot corrosion and serious internal oxidation and internal sulfidation arose. Simple aluminide coating was damaged completely and lost its protective effect. The NiCr-CrAl coating effectively reduced the hot corrosion due to the beneficial effect of Cr in the coating. At the same time, the mechanisms for hot corrosion of the cast alloy and the aluminide coatings are discussed.
