美国教师教育认证改革:机构重建和标准再构 被引量:26

American Teacher Preparation Accreditation Reform:Reconstructing Agency and Renewing Standards

摘要 美国近年来对其教师教育认证制度实施了新一轮改革,改革的动因在于社会对教师教育质量的强烈诉求以及传统教师教育认证制度的弊端凸显等。改革的举措之一是对NCATE和TEAC两大教师教育认证机构进行合并,形成全国统一的教师教育认证机构。改革的另一举措是推出新一代教师教育认证标准,其变化与新意体现在凸显证据为本的绩效评价理念、提出更为严格的师范生入学底线标准、同步促进教师教育和基础教育改善等。美国教师教育认证改革经验为我国的相关改革提供了借鉴和参考。 The U. S. A has implemented a new round of reform teacher education accreditation system recently. The incentives of the reform lie in the strong social demands to the quality of teacher preparation and the increasingly obvious shortcomings of traditional teacher preparation accreditation system. One step is merger NCATE and TEAC to form a unified national teacher preparation accreditation agency. Another step is constructing a new generation of teacher preparation accreditation standards with some novelties,such as highlighting the concept of the evidence-based performance evaluation,putting forward more strict entrance standards for students of teacher preparation programs,promoting the improvement of teacher preparation and basic education together etc.. American reform experience provides the reference for the related reform in China.
