"新教师计划"所推出的教师教育是美国替代传统教师培养和管理模式的一种新路径。本文介绍了"新教师计划"的启动和发展过程,探讨了该计划的目标和策略,分析了该计划在美国的实施状况及影响,提出了值得我国教师教育改革深思的问题。
The New Teacher Project is a new pattern to train and manage new teachers in place of the traditional teacher training and management pattern. This article demonstrates the initiate and development process of The New Teacher Project', discusses the functions and strategies adopted by the program, analyzes the implementation of the program in the United States and the its impacts. It finally puts forward some issues worthy of consideration in the teacher education reform in our country.
