摘要
选矿过程控制具有一定的复杂性且现场调试不便,故可选择利用计算机仿真辅助控制功能进行设计与调试。本文介绍了MATLAB仿真在选矿过程控制参数整定、策略调试和流程优化三个层次的应用。实践证明,MATLAB仿真用于选矿过程控制的优化和调试,能够减小策略设计难度、提高现场调试效率。
Control of mineral processing process are difficult and it is inconvenient to debug in site, therefore, auxiliary control function of computer simulation can be selected and applied for design and debugging. The paper introduces the applications of MATLAB simulation in parameters setting, strategy debugging and flow optimization of mineral processing process control. Practice has proved that MATLAB simulation can reduce design difficulty of strategy and improve efficiency of site debugging by optimization and debugging of mineral processing process control.
