摘要
浮选液位自动控制系统通常采用PID算法进行控制,针对现场整定PID参数困难的问题,本文提出一种基于MATLAB的系统建模、仿真整定方法,只需知道浮选设备规格等少量参数,便可计算出合适的PID整定值。在浮选柱上的试验表明,该方法方便快捷、控制效果良好,具有很强的实用价值。
PID algorithm is widely used in flotation level control system.In order to resolve the difficulty of PID parameter tuning on the field,a system modeling and simulation tuning method based on MATLAB is proposed.Appropriate PID tuning values can be calculated based on only several parameters such as flotation equipment type,etc.Flotation column test indicates that the method is convenient and fast.It has excellent control effect and high practical value.
