摘要
颤振是一种强烈动态自激振动,极易存在于机械加工系统中。超声珩磨中颤振的存在是影响工件加工质量和机床加工效率的主要因素之一,因此寻找颤振根源,分析颤振机理及寻求抑制方法已经成为目前该领域的主要研究任务。在研究超声珩磨单颗磨粒工件耦合颤振机理的基础上,对其耦合颤振微分方程进行了详细分析,确定了在不同系统参数条件下的运动状态,获得超声珩磨稳定条件,为避免耦合颤振提供了初步理论依据。
The flutter existed in the mechanical working system is a severe and dynamic self-excited vibration.It is one of the important factors the processing quality of the workpiece and the efficiency of the machine tool in power ultrasonic honing.So the main task is to search the flutter root,analysis its mechanism and explore the method for repressing.In the basis of studying the mechanism of single abrasive coupling flutter during power ultrasonic honing,detailed analysis the differential equations of coupling flutter,to determine the state of motion under the conditions of different system parameters and provide a preliminary theoretical basis to avoid coupling flutter.
