摘要
工业生产自动是现代工厂生产发展的必然趋势,精准、高效的智能化生产方式必然会取代繁重、出错率高的手工劳动。本文提出了一种新的产品外观暗纹检测算法。通过噪声滤除、像素二值化、状态判断、区域划分等图像预处理操作,综合右下、左下两种检测模式对物品暗纹特征进行提取判断。实验结果表明,本文所述的检测算法在实际应用中有效,可广泛应用于工厂产品外观检测系统。
Industrial automatic production is the inevitable trend of the development of modern factory production, ac-curate and efficient intelligent production will definitely replace the heavy, high error-rate manual labor. In this pa-per, a new algorithm for the dark lines detection of product appearance is proposed. Through the noise filtering, pixelbinarization, state estimation, regional division and other image preprocessing operations, combining withthe two de-tection models of lower right and lower left,the products dark lines characteristics are extracted and judged. Experi-mental results show that the detection algorithm is effective in practical application, and can be widely used in thefactory product appearance detection system.
