摘要
提出一种基于计算机视觉测距报警模型的物流过程货物起重防碰撞算法。对起重机大臂的计算机视觉运动轨迹和参数进行设定,建立起重机大臂坐标体系,对起重机大臂的图像运动轨迹进行分析,从而获取起重机的运动轨迹端点,计算大臂的偏转角度,最终完成坐标原点与目标点之间距离的计算,从而实现物流起重过程的计算机视觉测距报警。实验结果表明,利用该模型进行物流起重过程防碰撞处理,能够提高物流起重作业轨迹规划的可行性和有效性。
In this paper, we proposed a method to prevent collision in the logistics hoisting process based on the visualized computer distance measuring and alarming model, which, through setting suitable parameters and building the corresponding coordinator system,analyzed the trajectory of the arms of the cranes and then calculated the distance between the coordinating points and the position of the object.Then through an experiment, we found that such process could improvement the feasibility and effectiveness of the trajectory planning in logistics hoisting activities.
