光子治疗仪在先天性耳前瘘管感染脓肿切开引流术后的效果观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的:观察光子治疗仪在先天性耳前瘘管感染脓肿切开引流术后的治疗效果。方法:将82例确诊为先天性耳前瘘管感染的患者,行脓肿切开引流后,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组41例。观察组患者创面采用光子治疗仪照射加常规换药治疗;对照组患者创面采用常规换药治疗,并比较两组患者创面的治疗效果。结果:治疗第4 d、第7 d,观察组的疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=-3.588,t=-4.615;P<0.01);观察组治疗第4 d、第7 d的创面疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^2=4.255,x^2=3.886;P<0.05);观察组的创面愈合时间较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(t=-11.306,P<0.01)。结论:先天性耳前瘘管感染脓肿切开引流术后应用光子治疗仪可缓解创面疼痛,提高疗效,缩短创面愈合时间,值得推广应用。 Objective: To observe the effect of photon therapeutic instrument on congenital preauricular fistula infection after abscess incision treatment. Methods: Eighty-two cases of patients diagnosed with congenital auricular fistula infection after abscess incision and drainage were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 41 cases in each group. Patients were treated with photon therapy and traditional dressing treatment in the observation group. Only traditional dressing treatment was used to manage the wound in the control group. The treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results: On the fourth day and fifth day,the scores of visual analogue scale(VAS) of pain in the observation group were lower than that of the control group(t=-3.588, t=-4.615; P〈0.01), the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(x^2=4.255, x^2=3.886; P〈0.05), and the wound healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(t=-11.306, P〈0.01), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: With application of photon therapeutic instrument on congenital preauricular fistula infection after abscess incision and drainage, can alleviate wound pain and improve the curative effect, shorten the time of wound healing and is worth popularization and application.
