摘要
德国应用科学大学在应用科技型人才培养方面形成了鲜明的办学特色,对我国独立学院转型发展有着积极的借鉴意义。我国独立学院办学定位为应用技术型高校,优化我国高等教育生态结构的措施为构建面向职业类高中的独立学院自主招生机制。
The distinctive characteristics in talent cultivation of applied science universities in Germany has a positive reference to the transformation and development of independent colleges in China. This study argues that independent colleges in China should be oriented to applied technology education. It suggests that enrollment system for independent colleges can be optimized in the ecological structure of higher education to enable them to recruit students from vocational high schools.
